We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.

All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

Livano Wildwood offers spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept layouts and modern finishes. Our homes feature granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, generous closets, and private balconies or patios, with framed glass showers available in select homes. Livano Wildwood is served by Sumter County Transit, including the Wildwood Circulator, which travels through Wildwood and north toward Oxford. The route operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with stops at destinations such as Wildwood Commons, The Villages Sumter County Service Center, Publix Grand Traverse, Walmart, and Southern Trace Plaza, with connections to the Orange/South Sumter route.

Livano Wildwood is located within the Sumter County School District. Nearby public schools include Wildwood Elementary School, Wildwood Intermediate School, and Wildwood Middle High School. Because school attendance boundaries can change, residents should contact the school district directly to confirm specific school assignments.
