What is your pet policy?
We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.
All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.
What Types of Apartments Are Available?
Livano Wildwood offers spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept layouts and modern finishes. Our homes feature granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, generous closets, and private balconies or patios, with framed glass showers available in select homes. Residents also enjoy signature Livano amenities including our resort-style pool, 24/7 fitness center, Trapeze Coffee Cart with a resident-exclusive barista, Livano Marketplace, and professional Workplace.
Is There Parking Available or EV Charging Stations?
Yes. Livano Wildwood offers convenient parking options, including private garages and reserved parking. Our community also features EV charging stations and an on-site car wash for added convenience.
What Public Transportation Options Are Available Nearby?
Livano Wildwood is served by Sumter County Transit, including the Wildwood Circulator, which travels through Wildwood and north toward Oxford. The route operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with stops at destinations such as Wildwood Commons, The Villages Sumter County Service Center, Publix Grand Traverse, Walmart, and Southern Trace Plaza, with connections to the Orange/South Sumter route.
What School District Serves Livano Wildwood Apartments?
Livano Wildwood is located within the Sumter County School District. Nearby public schools include Wildwood Elementary School, Wildwood Intermediate School, and Wildwood Middle High School.
